Instead of acting as a trade agent, or buyer or seller i would have facility owners and suppliers agrree to cooperate to manufacture an end product and sell that product to foreign buyers? a sort of joint venture between a couple or maybe dozens of businesses.Their investment would be the volunteering of their hard assets to see the product through to sale.
