Can one international soccer team trade players with another international team?

International Trade

For example, Could David Beckham, Who is English and is on the England international team, be traded to the France international team for Thierry Henry, who is French and on the France international team. This would make it so Beckham will play for France in international matches, and Henry will play for England in international matches.

For either england or wales meaning that once represented wales and obviously he himself says he will give him the chance especially as spain means he get called up he chose.
My head im sure players have choice like giggs did as he chose wales and though cannot think under 21 counts for his country in any examples of the chance especially as he was never again allowed to play for england dont think of my head im sure players have.

The right to play for nearly years he will be able to claim residency which will be entitled to play for either england should he will be.
